EPD Light Oppdal quartzite

EPD Light Oppdal quartzite
The environmental declaration summarizes the environmental properties of Light Oppdal slate in an objective, comparable and addable way and is based on international standards (NS-EN 14025). The document provides a concise life cycle-based accounting for the slate in which resource consumption and potential environmental impacts are mapped. It covers what happens in the company itself, with subcontractors, during the use phase and at the end of its life cycle.

Minera Skifer was the first in Norway to establish environmental declarations (EPD) for natural stone. It meets requirements for environmental documentation from private and public purchasers.
